How we got here

ListMyHomes.com™ was started by homeowners who'd been through agent-led transactions and walked away knowing the model was broken. A traditional agent commission on a $400,000 home can run many thousands of dollars — for marketing that any owner can do themselves with the right tools. Commissions are negotiable and not set by law.

We looked at the existing FSBO sites and saw two problems: clunky software stuck in 2010, and pricing that crept up the moment your listing got real attention. So we built something simple — a clean listing flow, generous photo limits, transparent flat-fee pricing, and direct contact between owners and prospects.
