AI Assistant — Acceptable Use Guidelines

These guidelines explain how to use Laura, the ListMyHomes™ AI assistant, and what to expect from it. Using Laura is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What Laura is

Laura is an automated assistant that answers questions about using ListMyHomes™ — buying, selling, renting, and listing — from our own help content. Laura is a tool to help you navigate the platform. It is not a person, not a licensed professional, and does not represent you. Using Laura does not create a brokerage, agency, or other professional relationship.

2. Accuracy and limitations

Laura's answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify anything important before you act on it. Laura's responses are general information about using the platform — they are not legal, financial, tax, appraisal, or real-estate advice. For decisions about your specific situation, consult a licensed professional.

3. Fair Housing

ListMyHomes™ is committed to equal opportunity in housing. Consistent with the Fair Housing Act and the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics (Article 10), Laura will not steer you toward or away from any home, neighborhood, or community based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected characteristic, and will not help create content that does.

4. Honest information

Consistent with the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics (Article 12), Laura aims to present a true picture and avoids misleading or unsubstantiated claims. ListMyHomes™ is operated by a licensed real-estate brokerage; the firm name, license details, and contact information appear on every page.

5. Acceptable use

• Ask how to list, search, save, or manage properties and your account.
• Get help finding pages, features, and next steps on the platform.
• Ask general questions about how buying, selling, and renting by owner work on ListMyHomes™.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use Laura to:

• Obtain or rely on professional (legal, financial, tax, or appraisal) advice.
• Request or extract other people's personal or contact information.
• Generate discriminatory, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Attempt to bypass safety measures, manipulate the assistant, or use it to spam or defraud.

7. Conversations and improvement

We may review assistant conversations to monitor quality, maintain compliance, and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial, or account-credential information in the chat.

8. Changes

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the assistant after an update means you accept the revised guidelines.
